If it bothers you that people want to connect with you out of the blue, then is LinkedIn the right networking tool for you?
We all receive multiple contact requests from people we've never met or heard of. And often we don't know what to do with the request. But have you stopped to think why they want to connect with you?
For most people, the main reasons why they would have found you at all, are because they either found you in a search result for something that interests them, they saw you connected with someone they already know, they saw someone they know like/comment/share your post or you were referred to them.
In short, don't just assume that everyone who wants to connect with you is a spammer! Networking is about making connections - for your benefit or for someone else's benefit. The more people that you are connected to, the wider your circle of influence becomes, and the more people you can potentially help.
Connect with people in order to connect them to experts in your own network. Don't just connect with people for your own benefit.
