Try this - Take a few minutes to run Google searches for other people in your company or business - do their LinkedIn profiles show up? And if they do, are they representing your company or business how you would wish it to be represented?
If not, spend time at your next team meeting discussing changes that you can ALL make to your profiles as a team so that your images and identities are coordinated with your other marketing and communication messages.
